Your Online Proshop provides you with access to member merchants web page link, information regarding the purchase of merchandize products with special rates/fees based on individual member companies offerings and the ability to purchase this merchandize and products online.

Your Online Proshop, Inc. maintains this site "as is" and without warranty or conditions of anykind either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice. Without limiting the foregoing, Your Online Proshop does not warrant that the Site or Your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.
3. Limitation of Liability

Member Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold Your Online Proshop, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demands, including responsible attorneys fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other use of the Services using Member computer, of any intellectual property or any other rights of any person or entity.
5. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Your Online Proshop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member merchant. Your Online Proshop shall not be liable to Member Merchant or any third party should Your Online Proshop exercise their right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member Merchant acknowledges and accepts that Your Online Proshop does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our websites and operation of our web sites may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
6. Third-Party Sites
Your Online Proshop website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or upmost for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. 8. Refund Policy
Your Online Proshop stand behind the logo merchandize we sell. We offer a 100% money back guarantee for logo merchandize. The product must be returned within 45 days of purchase for a 100% refund of the purchase price. The refund does not incudes shipping and handing charges.
The logo merchandize must be in New and Unused condition. All returns will be inspected prior to authorization of credit being issued. Please contact
info@youronlineproshop.com to request a return authorization. The credit will be in the form of a gift voucher to be used for future purchases.
9. Governing jurisdiction of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Member Merchants further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
